What is a Monthly Active User?
A Monthly Active User is a user who has logged in at least one time in a month in your application. If they login multiple times, they will only count once.
What happens if I surpass the free tier?
Don't worry we won't immediately deactivate your account. We will proactively reach out to you when you are nearing the limit, and work with you to get you onto the Professional Plan, which is billed at $0.015 per MAU per month.
How do I cancel OnlyAuth?
In all of the plans, except for Enterprise, you only pay for what you use. So if you decide to cancel, just contact us and let us know and we'll proactively bill for your last month.

How is SMS priced?
SMS can be very complicated, as there is rarely a single direct route to a phone number in the world, so prices vary based on deliverability and confidence in these routes. We use multiple providers to send SMS 2FA OTP codes, and almost always cheaper than the list price of Twilio. If you would rather use your own provider, just let us know and we can provide the conduit to them.
